What you will be doing
- Leading interactive workshops that teach life skills such as public speaking, resilience, and teamwork
- Motivating students to achieve academic excellence through personalized coaching and encouragement
- Building strong relationships with students to foster a love for learning and personal growth
- Using data and student feedback to tailor support and celebrate progress
- Encouraging peer mentorship and skill-sharing among students
What you will NOT be doing
- Delivering traditional academic lessons or grading assignments
- Creating lesson plans or managing outdated educational methods
- Pushing students through rigid, one-size-fits-all curriculums

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Willingness to work on-site at our Bastrop, TX campus
- Experience coaching/motivating young people (e.g., athletic coach, camp counselor, mentor)
- Track record of high achievement (academic, athletic, or professional)
- Exceptional communication skills
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
