What you will be doing
ul liArchitect and implement world-class training programs that transform Guides into exceptional learning facilitators/li liDesign and iterate on comprehensive Guide Playbooks that set the standard for educational excellence/li liDeliver high-impact, data-driven coaching that measurably improves Guide performance and student outcomes/li liLead by example through hands-on mentorship of student cohorts, showcasing advanced coaching techniques/li /ul
What you will NOT be doing
ul liCreate traditional lesson plans – our innovative technology handles the curriculum, letting you focus on developing exceptional facilitators/li liCompromise on excellence – we maintain rigorous standards, including our signature 100% mastery requirement/li liConduct passive training sessions – your development programs will be dynamic, interactive, and results-driven/li /ul
Key Responsibilities
Drive educational excellence by building and leading a team of elite Guides who consistently deliver exceptional student outcomes through the Alpha learning system.
Candidate Requirements
ul liBachelor's degree in any field/li li5+ years of demonstrated success in education, L&D, or coaching/li liProven track record of developing innovative educational programs that deliver results/li liExceptional leadership abilities with experience building high-performing teams/li liSignificant experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational settings/li liStrong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience/li liMust be based in or willing to relocate to one of our campus locations/li liAuthorization to work in the United States without sponsorship/li /ul
