Elite talent doesn't find itself. We need two exceptional College Recruiters who can identify and attract the top 1% of CS/ML minds from Stanford and MIT for our prestigious summer program.

This role demands someone who transforms "impossible" into "accomplished," thrives on constant travel, and navigates campus environments with natural authority. You'll be the face of our organization at two of the world's premier technical institutions, building relationships that shape the future of technology innovation.

Position essentials:

  • $75,000 annual compensation + comprehensive travel coverage
  • Full-time commitment
  • Austin, TX headquarters with extensive bi-coastal campus presence


What you will be doing

  • Execute strategically designed recruitment campaigns across Stanford and MIT campuses, establishing our brand as the premier destination for elite CS/ML talent.
  • Build and maintain influential relationships with student organizations, faculty members, and department heads to create sustainable talent pipelines.
  • Manage comprehensive candidate tracking systems with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring no qualified prospect falls through the cracks.
  • Lead high-impact recruitment events that effectively communicate our value proposition to top-tier technical students.


What you will NOT be doing

  • Managing recruitment from behind a computer screen in a corporate office environment.
  • Following predictable work schedules or settling into comfortable routines.
  • Relying on passive recruitment strategies or digital outreach alone.


Key Responsibilities

Secure a pipeline of 100 elite CS/ML students from Stanford and MIT through strategic campus engagement, compelling event execution, and sophisticated relationship development that positions our summer program as the career-defining opportunity for technical talent.


Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of proven success in college recruitment or university admissions with demonstrated high-volume candidate engagement
  • Verifiable history of meeting or exceeding aggressive outreach and conversion targets
  • Portfolio of successfully executed recruitment events with measurable outcomes
  • Demonstrated capability in managing complex, multi-faceted projects with clear performance metrics
  • Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems for strategic pipeline management
  • Current Austin, TX residence or commitment to relocate
  • Availability for up to 75% travel during peak recruitment periods (January-May, August-November)
