Role: Inventory Compliance Manager

Location: Monson, MA

Exempt

Your Impact:

  • Set strategic direction for ensuring the facility is compliant with accurate inventory processes, in partnership with the facility leadership team.
  • Set up cycle count processes, documentation requirements, product count process, and inventory compliance standards.
  • Conduct daily audits of inventory, tracking and distribution of product; accounting and reporting of inventory surplus, product returns, waste and damages,
  • Ensure compliance with all State, City, County, and cannabis regulatory body requirements
  • Train, mentor, coach and develop others on inventory and compliance processes
