What you will NOT be doing

ul liCreating superficial "edutainment" that prioritizes fun over genuine skill development/li liSettling for watered-down content that underestimates our students' incredible potential/li liDeveloping theoretical content divorced from real-world application/li liFalling back on traditional lecture-style teaching methods/li liFocusing on standardized academic metrics instead of practical life skills/li /ul

Candidate Requirements

ul liReady to join our dynamic Austin campus in person/li liBachelor's degree holder (field of study open)/li liMinimum 1 year track record creating impactful educational experiences, workshops, or training programs/li liDemonstrated ability to collect and analyze qualitative feedback from learners/li liAdvanced command of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.) for autonomous project execution/li liAuthorized to work in the US without sponsorship/li /ul
