Job Description

Imagine leading admissions for a school that's redefining what education can be. At 2 Hour Learning, we've cracked the code: students master academics in just two hours a day through AI-powered personalized learning, freeing up time for life skills, creativity, and personal growth. Our students thrive academically, love learning, and outperform their peers—because we've built a system that's efficient, engaging, and truly student-centered.

This is your chance to shape the admissions experience for families curious about a bold, results-driven alternative to traditional education. At 2 Hour Learning, you'll have the freedom to design high-touch, highly personalized admissions journeys—without the bureaucracy and red tape common in private schools. Your work will directly drive enrollment, and your ideas will have room to flourish.

If you've ever thought, "There's a better way to connect with families and showcase what truly matters," this is your opportunity to own that vision and make it real.

Why This Role Will Excite You:

  • A Groundbreaking School Model: You'll introduce families to a model that lets students learn twice as fast, with no teachers, no busywork, and more time for real-life skills.
  • A Rare Opportunity for Ownership: Unlike typical private school roles, you'll have the freedom to shape and refine the admissions process based on what works.
  • A Mission That Matters: You'll be part of a team that's proving students can thrive academically and personally—without sacrificing joy.
  • Competitive Compensation & Flexibility: A $200k salary, generous benefits package, and the ability to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S., provided you're near a major airport for travel.

Are you ready to own an admissions process that makes a real difference for students and families? Let's talk.

What you will be doing

  • Owning the Admissions Experience: Be the face of 2-Hour Learning for prospective families, responding to inquiries, guiding them through the application process, and ensuring every step is seamless.
  • Delivering Impactful First Impressions: Host school tours, open houses, and info sessions that vividly showcase how we help students learn twice as fast while gaining time for life skills.
  • Turning Data into Decisions: Track admissions metrics in HubSpot and SIS, analyze trends, and share insights with leadership to drive smarter outreach strategies.
  • Refining Our Playbook: Keep admissions FAQs and SOPs up to date, ensuring consistency and clarity in every interaction.
  • Building Meaningful Relationships: Engage prospective families with empathy and insight, making their admissions journey smooth and memorable.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Navigating Slow, Bureaucratic Processes: You'll have the authority to act quickly, experiment, and improve the admissions experience without layers of approval.
  • Managing a Large Administrative Team: This role is about leading the admissions process yourself, not supervising a big team.
  • Following Rigid Scripts: Every family is different, and your conversations will be personalized, not pre-packaged.
  • Sticking to Outdated Playbooks: You'll have the space to innovate and improve admissions processes based on feedback and results.

Key Responsibilities

Increase enrollment conversions and deliver a high-touch admissions experience that converts inquiries into engaged, passionate families.

Candidate Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience managing end-to-end admissions or enrollment processes in competitive academic environments, with a proven track record of driving enrollment growth.

  • Executive presence, polished and professional, instilling confidence in an audience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple families, campuses, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM and SIS systems (e.g., HubSpot, Veracross) and experience maintaining accurate data records.
  • A track record of providing high-touch, client-facing service.
  • Must be based in Austin, TX – or willing to relocate – and able to travel up to 20% within the United States.

Nice to have

  • Background in private school admissions, particularly with high-net-worth families.
  • Experience in sales or marketing with a focus on storytelling and relationship-building.
  • Familiarity with mastery-based or alternative education models.
