Candidate Requirements
Your Success Blueprint:
- ? Bachelor's degree (field open)
- ⭐ 5+ years in education, L&D, coaching, or related field
- ? Proven track record in developing innovative educational initiatives
- ? Exceptional team leadership and mentoring capabilities
- ? Demonstrated experience working with youth (5-18 years)
- ? Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- ? Commitment to working on-site at one of our campus locations
- ? U.S. work authorization required (no visa sponsorship available)
