What you will be doing
- Architect the Complete Admissions Journey - Serve as the authoritative voice of 2-Hour Learning, responding to inquiries with precision and guiding prospective families through a seamless application process.
- Deliver Compelling Presentations - Execute impactful school tours, open houses, and information sessions that clearly demonstrate our model's advantages: accelerated learning coupled with essential life skills development.
- Drive Strategic Decision-Making - Leverage HubSpot and SIS data to identify enrollment trends, optimize conversion rates, and provide actionable intelligence to leadership.
- Standardize Excellence - Maintain and refine comprehensive admissions documentation, ensuring consistent, professional interactions at every touchpoint.
- Cultivate High-Value Relationships - Engage prospective families with strategic empathy, creating memorable experiences that convert interest into enrollment.
What you will NOT be doing
- Navigating Bureaucratic Roadblocks - You'll operate with decisive autonomy, implementing improvements without waiting for multiple approval layers.
- Managing Administrative Personnel - This is a hands-on leadership role focused on direct engagement with families, not personnel management.
- Delivering Generic Communications - Every family interaction will be strategically tailored, not mass-produced from templates.
- Maintaining Status Quo Processes - You'll be expected to continuously refine and elevate the admissions experience based on measurable outcomes.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing comprehensive admissions or enrollment processes in competitive academic environments, with demonstrable enrollment growth results.
- Superior communication capabilities across all mediums.
- Commanding executive presence that instills immediate confidence in prospective families.
- Exceptional organizational discipline with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities across campuses and deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency with CRM and SIS platforms (HubSpot, Veracross) and meticulous data management practices.
- Established record of delivering premium, client-focused service experiences.
- Must be based in Austin, TX—or prepared to relocate—with capability to travel up to 20% nationally.
Nice to have
- Established background in private school admissions, particularly serving high-net-worth clientele.
- Strategic sales or marketing experience with emphasis on narrative development and relationship cultivation.
- Working knowledge of mastery-based learning or progressive educational frameworks.
