What you will be doing
- Elevate our Guide team through world-class training and development programs
- Craft comprehensive Guide Playbooks that define excellence in student facilitation
- Deliver performance-enhancing feedback that transforms good Guides into exceptional ones
- Showcase mastery by personally mentoring a select group of students, setting the gold standard for coaching
What you will NOT be doing
- Creating curriculum—our adaptive technology handles content delivery; you'll focus on developing exceptional facilitators
- Compromising on excellence—our standards remain at 100%, and you'll be the guardian of this quality
- Running tedious training sessions—your development approach will be dynamic, interactive, and transformative
Key Responsibilities
Champion and execute the Alpha learning system by building, training, and inspiring a team of Guides capable of delivering educational excellence that exceeds all expectations.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (field of study open)
- 5+ years of proven experience in education, L&D, coaching, or related leadership roles
- Track record of creating and implementing groundbreaking educational or training initiatives
- Exceptional team-building abilities with demonstrated success in developing high-performing groups
- Substantial experience working with youth ages 5-18 in developmental settings
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for continuous improvement
- Commitment to working on-site at one of our campus locations (TX: Austin, Houston, Fort Worth; FL: Tampa, Orlando, West Palm Beach)
- Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
