Agajanian Vineyards & Wine Company is a third-generation, family-owned wine negociant and wine investment management business. Our mission is to supply winegrapes and premium-to-luxury pre-bottled wines to wineries and private label brands, supported by a robust grower relations team across California.
Position Overview: We seek a collaborative team player to manage client-facing functions essential for selling our products and services. Compensation is performance-based, reflecting sales achievements and alignment with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:ALL Develop and expand sales with new and existing clients.
Sell winegrapes and premium-to-luxury wines daily.
Conduct in-person client meetings.
Foster long-term sales agreements.
Maintain updated client databases.
Track sales order status.
Attend trade shows and industry events.
Qualifications:
Positive attitude and team oriented.
Professional communication skills.
Sales experience, preferably in wine.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized.
Proficient in MS Office Suite; ACT! CRM preferred.
Passion for wine and industry knowledge.
