What you will be doing
- Cultivating and elevating a team of Guides who will deliver Alpha's innovative learning methodology with unparalleled excellence
- Authoring comprehensive Guide Playbooks that codify best practices in learning facilitation, engagement strategies, and problem-solving approaches
- Delivering precise, growth-oriented feedback that transforms good Guides into exceptional learning catalysts
- Personally coaching a select group of students, showcasing advanced motivation techniques that become the gold standard for your team
What you will NOT be doing
- Creating traditional curriculum—our adaptive technology handles content delivery while you focus on developing world-class facilitation talent
- Compromising on excellence—when we set the bar at 100%, your mission is to ensure every student reaches it
- Conducting conventional training sessions—your development approach will be dynamic, experiential, and transformative
Key Responsibilities
Elevate and empower a team of educational Guides to implement the Alpha learning ecosystem with exceptional precision, creativity, and effectiveness, setting new benchmarks for educational excellence in your region.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (education of the whole person is our philosophy)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in education, talent development, coaching, or related fields
- Proven track record of creating and implementing groundbreaking educational programs or training initiatives
- Exceptional team leadership capabilities with demonstrated success in building high-achievement cultures
- Substantive experience working with youth ages 5-18 in educational or developmental environments
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for continuous improvement and decision-making
- Commitment to working on-site at one of our campus locations in Texas or Florida
- Authorization to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship
