JOB DESCRIPTION
Distributor/Broker to the New Hampshire Liquor Commission (NHLC) seeks self-motivated, goals-oriented sales professional possessing the drive and the ability to develop existing and new business, manage time effectively and maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Our ideal candidate will be a team player, have a strong work ethic, be well-organized and demonstrate a strong desire to succeed. This position works with both on- and off-premise accounts, including NHLC stores. Applicants must be current New Hampshire residents, with at least three years' residence in the State.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESALL Maintaining and growing current account base
Developing and managing new accounts
Understanding and selling new portfolios and brand extensions
Quickly acquiring product and market knowledge, including pricing, highlights, tech specs, competitors, etc.
Following up with customers in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction
Supporting accounts by providing merchandising assistance, in-store tastings, staff trainings, dinners and other promotional events
Managing samples and regularly showing new products to existing and potential accounts
Meeting or exceeding monthly sales and product placement expectations
Attending and contributing to bi-weekly sales meetings
Reviewing monthly performance and sales pipeline with sales manager
Maintaining accurate mileage and expenses tracking, and submitting other data and reports as required
Serving as the company's representative to the NHLC and attending monthly NHLC meetings
Helping the general manager submit products for sale in NHLC stores
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE
Minimum of two years' experience in alcohol distribution, restaurant industry or retail wine sales
College degree preferred but not required
Working knowledge of Google Drive, Word and Excel
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
COMPENSATION:
Monthly health insurance stipend (amount based on seniority)
Commission of 10% of gross sales (unless otherwise specified)
Monthly and quarterly incentives and other payouts based on supplier and company programming
Year-end bonus of 1% of sales based on hitting annual target
Reimbursement of mileage and approved work-related expenses
