As part of your role, you'll leverage AI tools to design and enhance our school campus model, deploy AI systems for day-to-day operational management, and drive continuous improvements in long-term operational strategies. You'll also oversee the development of new campuses, collaborating with contractors and ensuring regulatory compliance to secure final occupancy certification on schedule and within budget.
What you will be doing
- Deploy AI-driven systems for seamless daily operations and continuous process enhancement
- Utilize AI tools to develop and optimize scalable franchise models
- Manage the entire process of new campus buildouts, from initial planning to securing final occupancy
What you will NOT be doing
- Providing direct coaching or supervision to academic staff
- Maintaining regular, direct interactions with students and parents
- Designing educational curricula or instructional models
Key Responsibilities
- Craft and execute an AI-driven operational framework to revolutionize operational management through predictive analytics and real-time monitoring, ensuring consistent efficiency and scalability across all campuses
Candidate Requirements
- Reside in North America
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an operational capacity
- Demonstrated success in implementing AI and automation technologies
- Willingness to travel 10-40% within the US to assist in establishing new campuses
