We're seeking a motivated and wine-savvy Full-Time Sales Representative to join our team and grow our brand presence across key markets. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with retail shops, restaurants, and wine bars to increase visibility and sales of our wines.
*Must reside in Northern Virginia, Washington D.C. or Maryland.
Key Responsibilities:
? Represent our portfolio with passion and professionalism to on- and off-premise accounts
? Build and manage a network of strong relationships with buyers, managers, and sommeliers
? Conduct tastings, staff trainings, and wine events to educate and drive sales
? Develop and execute sales strategies to open new accounts and grow existing ones
? Maintain account records, manage orders, and communicate feedback to the team
? Collaborate with marketing to support brand initiatives and seasonal promotions
Required Qualifications:
? Minimum 3 years' experience in the beverage alcohol industry
? Highly organized with great written and verbal communication skills
? Energetic, organized, mobile and flexible
? Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
? Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet sales goals
? Passion for wine, with a solid understanding of varieties, regions, and trends
? Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
Preferred Qualifications:
? Bachelor's Degree preferred
? Proven ability to sustain and increase territory sales
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
