What you will be doing
- Leading Engaging Workshops: Craft and deliver workshops that leave students amazed by their own potential. From public speaking to entrepreneurship, you'll equip them with practical skills that inspire.
- Facilitating Daily Motivation Sessions: Kick off each day by helping students set ambitious goals and foster the mindset to achieve them.
- Fostering Student Achievement: Implement successful strategies to ensure every student reaches their ambitious academic and personal milestones.
- Designing Personalized Motivational Strategies: Collaborate with students to create rewards and incentives that fuel self-motivated excellence.
What you will NOT be doing
- Traditional Teaching: Say goodbye to chalkboards and lectures. At Alpha, students leverage state-of-the-art apps to master core subjects—your role is to guide, inspire, and elevate their educational journey.

Candidate Requirements
- Ability to work in person in Brownsville, TX. Relocation support is available.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Experience applying a growth mindset to achieve exceptional performance.
- High energy and a passion for uplifting others.
- A desire to connect with, inspire, and motivate K-8th grade students.
- Legal authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
